A whole new world

At this moment, my 16-year-old son, Justin, is working on his Human Anatomy & Physiology homework, checking out his current grade standings on his school’s extranet, searching on Google, listening to his Ipod and IMing his friends. Simultaneously.

Earlier this evening, I wandered into our home office, questioned his work ethic, then wandered back to the living room, a pile of laundry and a TV crime drama. He’s got a 3.8 GPA. I’m bored. Maybe he’s on to something.
